# View your Cases

1\. You can view all of your Cases in your eBanking by clicking the ![](https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-M_-ylVb0hvxbUXyo5fz%2Fuploads%2Fy1QdpxvfYnOhV0QsTQr4%2Ffile.png?alt=media) in the upper right corner of your screen and further clicking **Support Center**.

2\. Click **All Cases** to view all your Pending and Resolved Cases.

3\. Click the **Case ID** to open the Case.
