Customize Your Alerts
The article shows you how to customize your alerts in eBanking.
You can manage which actions in eBanking you will receive email and SMS Alerts for. Some alerts may be set by the Bank administrator as mandatory,and therefore cannot be modified or disabled. Some of the SMS and email alerts you'll be able to manage include:
  • New Customer Message
  • International Transfer
  • Pending Authorization
  • Card Top Up
  • Support Center Cases
  • And more
Manage your alerts by clicking
and selecting Manage Alerts.
