# Customize Your Alerts

You can manage which actions in eBanking you will receive email and SMS **Alerts** for. Some alerts may be set by the Bank administrator as mandatory,and therefore cannot be modified or disabled. Some of the SMS and email alerts you'll be able to manage include:

* New Customer Message
* International Transfer
* Pending Authorization
* Card Top Up
* Support Center Cases
* And more
