# Dividends

## Do my mutual funds earn dividends?

Because the mutual funds are simply portfolios of stocks and bonds, those securities do earn dividends from time to time. The funds' Net Asset Values (NAVs) reflect all dividend payments.

## How do I receive dividends payments?

All dividends received on the underlying securities inside the mutual funds are reinvested by our fund managers, which is reflected in the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the funds. The funds pursue a strategy of capital appreciation, not income. However, as the product is liquid, you are welcome to redeem shares if needed.
