## How do I attain a certified Certificate of Good Standing or Certificate of Incumbency to keep my account in good standing?

Please speak to your registered agent who is responsible for renewing your corporation and ask for the appropriate proof of Good Standing. Some jurisdictions may issue a Certificate of Incumbency in place of a Certificate of Good Standing.
